  • Brief Property Visit                                                                            $ 15.00


  • Service Call = First Half Hour                                                             $ 30.00
    (service call does not include materials)

  • Propane Tank Replacement And Installation


  • Moving Furniture (per person needed / per hour)


  • Jumping Automobiles (using jumper cables)


  • Replacing Broken Small Appliances


  • Call A Service Vendor Of Owner’s Choice (after checking problem at property plus following up on repairs and coordinating these repairs with owner and tenants/guest)


  • Returning Lost And Found To Departed Tenant (includes pick up from
    property, packing and shipping material, and delivery to postal carrier)


  • Technical Support for Phones, T.V, DVD & VHS (Standard Set-Up and Standard Installation – We are not trained Technicians put have some aptitude in set-up)


  • Saturday Rental Turn Over And General Property Check
    (This does not include change over cleaning but “visual” damage reporting and cleaning check to make sure property is ready for the next incoming guest or owner)


  • Emergency Cleaning Only On Saturday Rental Change Over In Summer


  • Beach Tag Acquisition In Spring and Replacement In Summer If Lost


  • Installing Wall Mounted Battery Operated Smoke Detectors and Carbon monoxide Detectors


  • Installing, Replacing and or Servicing Fire Extinguisher


  • Spring Set-Up and Cleaning of Deck Furniture and Deck (s)


  • Winterizing Exterior Of Property - (store deck furniture in owner provided area, schedule outside shower turn-off with selected contractor and secure and or store trash cans)


  • Replacement Service Of Minor Property Materials:
      1. Light Bulbs and Batteries in Smoke and CO Detectors
      2. Trash Cans
      3. Silverware/Dishes/Glasses/Pots & Pans, etc
      4. Broken and or Damaged Small Furniture
      5. Screen Repair and or Replacement
      6. Etc.

  • Winter Greeting Service (Turning On Heat/Lights/Water) For Owner Weekend Visits Prior To Arrival (Water Turn Off Owner’s Responsibility When They Leave)


  • Winter Greeting Service ( Full Service) -Wash Bed Linens, Make Beds Turning On Heat, Lights And Water If Needed (Water Turn Off Owner’s Responsibility When They Leave)


  • Remove Window And Slider Screens For The Winter, Tag Them And Stored Them In Owner Provided Storage Space – Garage-Shed-etc.


  • Wash And Install Window And Slider Screens From Winter Storage


  • Pre-Storm Property Visit To Secure All Deck/Porch Furniture, Trash Cans/ Umbrellas etc. In Preparation For High Winds And Rain

  • Welcome Gift For Weekly Summer Tenant/Guest on Saturdays Before Check In For New Incoming Guest– Small Gift, Welcome Note Plus Delivery To Property
